@afinzel@FunkoEurope So we’re all trying to deal with a company that cannot cope with Christmas and cannot be bothered to reply to customer enquiries but annoyingly keep inundating us with marketing spam! How long is anyone waiting before asking for a refund and cancelling orders?!

@FunkoEurope I ordered on 12th November - over a month ago and the last update to tracking was 29th November when you took my money. Your late deliver has missed Birthday and will now undoubtedly miss Christmas. I think I have shown patience and now want my order.

Oh @AvantiWestCoast this getting silly, the 13:52 from Euston to Manchester has so many faults staff had to “turn it off and turn it back on”, AC has stopped working and you’ve run out of water before getting to coach F - service now over 30mins late

@AvantiWestCoast you sent me 2 emails to saying the 8.53 from Euston to Manchester was cancelled yet here I am on the train - BUT you have cancelled my seat reservation and allowed someone else to book my seat. Confusing communication doesn’t help!!
@AvantiWestCoast Since had had the details and I can see my booking in your App I don’t see why the original bookings could not be reinstated. But guess customer care isn’t at the forefront of Avantis approach to service. Hey-ho! I’ll know in future to ignore emails and turn up anyway.
@AvantiWestCoast You were telling me on Thursday that the train was cancelled and to check the planner as that was up to date. The planner showed the train was running - hence the confusion.
@AvantiWestCoast Hi, As soon as booking was available for today. I plan in advance to get the best fare as your company advises. I guess this was before the strike action was announced which was the reason 2 emails told me this train was cancelled (it wasn’t)

@EmmaKennedy I will definitely be voting LD in Cheadle, Mary Robinson has to shown the door once and for all. I know people who would normally vote labour who will be voting LD. hopefully the swing will be enough to get the Tory out
@unitedutilities I have spoken to them and they say you will be with us by Saturday evening and we are not a priority. BUT every day the blockage is building up. We are in a total mess here and feel ignored as a customer by your company - hence the message here.
We have a blocked sewer so 💩 “water” rises from the grid and onto my patio when we use a tap or flush the loo.
Reported on Monday BUT @unitedutilities says we may have to wait till Saturday for them to come and look at it - having 2 houses waste on my patio is not a priority!
@unitedutilities I understand that but the longer they don’t come the worse the situation is getting. My 80 year old neighbour has now stopped showering and doing her washing as she is so worried about the waste that is not moving from her drains.
@unitedutilities I can understand that but 3 days of waste from 2 households coming on to the patio when we do anything is disgusting - I can’t do any washing due to the amount of water that floods up, I can’t even let the dog in the garden. A 6 day wait seems so wrong
