In a league with serious financial challenges is it a blessing to have marquee and high earners move abroad?
Free up budget for developing players?
Top players develop playing in another country?
@alexiskarklins Pas super utile comme commentaire. Météo complètement différent, opposition complètement différent, vous attendez copie-coller du 1ere mi-temps FRAvAFS? C’est réaliste comme souhait?
@KevinGFerreira@AlexMLowe “Apart from similar collisions”. In relation to number of minutes played vs number of facial injuries he’s had I’d say it’s a low risk for him. Scrum half also has option of adapting style of play to reduce risk further.
@Chris61172903@AlexMLowe Indeed, he’ll want to play asap, Galthié will want him back asap, the doctor will have the say on the return. However that doctor will be under enormous pressure to make the “right” decision. In France, and elsewhere, the “right” decision is not always player’s long term health.
@DavidCheng1968 Yes agree they could look like they have played together more 😂
Let’s hope they’re keeping the miss pass + switch + kick long behind the scrum play for France
There are two types of people, those that appreciate cricket and those that don’t.
It is a truly unique spectacle, and a statisticians dream. Thanks @ZaltzCricket for this excellent summary.

@SamLStandsUp@Oldsuliansrfc@MattP555@thepaulwilliams@rippercbh This was another one of the law bi-products of the French tackle height trials. Ball carriers were penalised for intentionally going to ground unless in the effort to score ( so on or just before the goal-line). It came under « preventing a tackle being made ».
