@jukan05 If you actually read the article, the two chips are a CXL controller and a SRAM chip like the Groq LPU. There is not an actual TPU involved.

@NotLisaSu @West4thCapital @GavinSBaker Like AMD but why would 2025 would be that much higher than 2024? Say 2024 exits at a ~$600-$800 run rate - why does 2025 go up from there? It’ll be MI300 vs B100 and MI400 doesn’t launch until 2H25 right (so won’t really ramp until 26)?
