For the season he's batting .302 with runners on & .293 with RISP. He also has 16 go ahead hits. And he's played in 127 of 128 games.

@thesportsgenius Ridiculous post. Lindor was signed 6 years ago. He's played in all but 12 games over last 4 seasons combined. Semien contract when traded 3/$72 left & just won 2nd GG. Nimmo 5/$97.25, Legs shot, arm liabilty for years. Semien +1 HR . Allowed McNeil (33) trade $10mil, 8 fewer HR.

@metsbatflip1 Hard call due to 2 injuries. Missed all of 2024 & and the 1st 45 games of 2025 to an ACL & 45 this season to a fractured thumb. Only started 81 MLB games he past 4 years. Valuable developmental time. Just 25. But no options. Keep in AAA for 1 more legit shot with significant AB.

@MetsJoe22 Nimmo is a liabilty in the field and is having worst offensive year since 2022. 3 straight 30+ HR seasons and he won't make 20 this year. He's 33 & owed $82,000,000 mil through age 37. Pete having career worst offensive #s at 31 & guaranteed $134,000,000 until he turns 36.

@MetsJoe22 Ewing only has 52 starts at 2B over his entire major & minor leagues combined. He's made 13 errors with a .941 fielding %. He's not really a 2B. He's played over 1,500 more innings in the OF. Semien currently has a .985 fielding %. And more HR than Nimmo. (In 84 fewer PA)

@GoodFundies Semien has more HR than either Nimmo or McNeil. Benge is 23 with 6 more years of control. Making $780,000. And, is a far superior defender than 33 yo Nimmo making $82 mil unti he is 37.

Over the last 57 games, he's batted .317/.347/.463 with 6HR, 31 RB1, a .809 OPS, team leader in RBI, a .375 BAbip and a BA of .311 with runers on. He'll get $35 mil or more. Still 28 yo
