@ola_supports why does no one talk about Ola's new scam? They charge extra every ride after it ends, then the refund is sent as voucher so you keep using Ola. Now they don't even give a voucher to account they just say they did. This isn't the first time unfortunately #ScamAlert

@airindia It has been now 15-20 business days. I have not received my refund for my fully refundable ticket 0983421312841. Why can't you send me a written confirmation of my refund??? @TATANEU_CARDS won't release my refund because you can't give a written confirmation.

@airindia I bought tickets for an Air India flight that was cancelled and eligible for full refund however Tata Neu is saying you are not coordinating with them for the same and it has been 15+ business days with no refund what is the root cause for this delay??

@tata_neu @airindia I am trying to do a name correction of an infant on a flight ticket I booked but I'm receiving no help from support as they are suggesting cancel (non refundable) and rebooking. It is a simple name correction which can be done very easily.
