I have registered a complaint on 25/07, against my Air Conditioner which is under warranty period for a fault, but still I haven't received any solution for the same, called many items to your customer service, but they are unable to assist, why such service?

Pathetic service from @GodrejAppliance customer support, it's been 8 days since my complain, but their reply is ineffective, and no technician has reached me yet, why such poor service to customers, inspite of fault arising in warranty period? You should prioritize them.

I received a call from [phone],he said "I am talking from GPay and you have been rewarded 2999/- on your gpay, please check." Thr was a payment request frm account namely 'Jio Prepaid Recharges'. Pls take action against such frauds.
