Customer service processes are being designed to be most customer unfriendly so that customers don't complain... Had the worst possible experience with @reliancejio @JioCare at Nagpur... My parents have already been made to change routers 2twice in 2 years

So now we come back to the initial question... Windows 11 without the touch screen or windows 10 with the touch screen? @Lencare_In @lenovo @Microsoft @WindowsInd may be any of you can help...

Windows 11 or Windows 10? Is the question I need to evaluate after using the new system for some time now... Reason Lenovo hardware doesn't support windows 11...
Have been facing issues with touch screen and microphone of my laptop for some time...

I am not a tech expert but it is definitely unpalatable to be on how a company like Lenovo cannot provide updates for a system which still is under warranty...
Anyway after a lot of coaxing on the same got a 1 liner from the support agent saying please install windows 10

Extremely disappointed with Dell and its service. Got a new Vostro laptop for office And that is just not functioning. On calling the service center I am informed that windows is using all RAM. Now they want me to increase the Ram at additional cost (1/2)@dell
