Just saw a NRI patient from UK. Young male, acute psychosis. Over there, taking t/t from a Gen Physician as appointment from Psychiatrist is available after a month. Have seen similar cases from Canada, Aus too. Indian system for all its flaws, doesn't have this issue at least
