@delhivery ngl, but this is the worst that I have seen when it comes to any service provider. If you guys have even an iota of shame, I hope your customer care will be shameful enough to atleast give me a callback now
@delhivery, what the hell are you guys doing? Such a shitty customer experience, I have booked a pickup back on Sunday, and since then, it's been in the pick-up stage for 4 days now. (1/1)
Is this how you train your folks? Is that the way you deal with your customers, taking payment in advance and then fooling them? I truly didn't expect such a scammy service from you.
Neither is your customer care responding, nor is the pickup guy picking up my calls. Further on, constantly ringing up for 2 days, he picks up and abuses and says he won't be picking up the order.
I must rate my stay at @Lets_Colive as an average and the customer service as the WORST. After many failed attempts to reach out to you guys through existing channels, I had to come to X.
To top that, my decision to leave the PG and asking to adjust the rent in security has also been falling on deaf ears as are the previous complaints related to billing, internet issues and service issues.

Which are only available between Tuesday to Sunday 11 PM to 7PM, which I guess leaves very minimal room for a working employee. Yet with all these issues you only got people there to harass someone for rent 24*7 and not a single person to address the complaints.
