Most people I speak to don’t even have their own opinions anymore. Even on X, every other post is a copy from somewhere.
It’s so frustrating - AI generated content, borrowed thoughts, no originality left.
The TAM of what I’m building is huge but also weird - at any given point, everyone knows someone who can be a potential user of Homeie. Getting to that someone will be fun :)
My hypothesis on renting in India: in a few years, it’ll be super common for people to start renting units without a single visit.
And because of how easy it’ll get, they’ll want to move homes more frequently, maybe even every 11 months.
Thoughts?
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.
Access to all other Claude models is not affected.
We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible.

Got my first "get out of this industry" warning yesterday.
Two brokers cornered me outside my office in Gurgaon. Knew my name. Wanted me to "think about whether this is the right line of work."
6 weeks into building Homeie. Feels awesome!
@Tancrededib dad passed away when I was 13, took over his business, ran it profitably across 3 countries while full-time at school, worked as a CoS with a billionaire at 21, now building a proptech startup that’s going to change the way the world rents.
thoughts?: we all pay 15-45 days of brokerage in india. in toronto, landlord pays 30 days and the tenant pays nothing. why don’t we question that here?
classic case of structural arbitrage + information asymmetry.
how do you guys even find the right house in gurgaon? legit downloaded 99acres to search for a home and the amount of spam calls…
the entire industry is so unorganized
