@SaffronStays They will take the advance and force you to pay with continuous follow-ups. But while cancelling they don't even have the courtesy to properly communicate or inform the guests.

@SaffronStays is the worst and super unprofessionally managed company. I'm shocked to see how they're still surviving. Booked a villa and they cancelled at the 11th hour when we already reached the location no prior intimation, customer support doesn't respond. Disappointed
