Informed customer care to update address within 30 seconds of placing order and they said it’ll be updated and then they put me on hold for 15 minutes just to cone back and say they can’t then took 100% fee!
1. Pathetic wait time
2. Customer executive put me on hold constantly ( I’m a “BLCK” customer 😂)
3. Customer executive actually suggested that let the order be delivered knowing no one is there to take the order

I have been completely discouraged to continue with Airtel due to lack of commitment from Installation and Setup team, they have setup Broadband they have yet not come to set the DTH Connection, I have been following up with them everyday since the past 4 days @airtelindia
