@GaryRich1210@CostaCoffee Costa Coffee are wholly owned by Coca Cola, who also own a plant-based milks company named 'Adez'.
They no doubt switched to Adez as it was cheaper, and are likely switching back as they lost business - I for one moved over to supporting smaller coffee shops.
Hope this helps!
@PyrionFlax hey, just in case you’re wondering here’s a simple way to get rid of the annoying news and interests pop-up thing you mentioned in the latest podcast.
@AskPlayStation hi, please can you confirm if you have any plans to donate all money earned from Fortnite transactions over the next two weeks?
@EpicGames are doing this, and so are @Microsoft. Keeping the profits from this would be morally wrong.

Hi @CostaCoffee, do you have the owners (Coca-Cola) plan on bringing back Alpro brand milk alternatives? The AdeZ ones taste very artificial, and the staff in shops have told me a lot of people aren’t happy.
Sadly I’ve stopped buying from Costa as the coffee isn‘t tasty anymore!
@calderonth@katijagger@PhilipWilton1@2591Kate@Zoeio@mhclg @ChrisPincher @team_greenhalgh @helloPeabody Hi! VirginMoney approved the mortgage on my flat without any issues. That was about a year and a half ago though so things may have changed, and obviously every flat is different. Good luck!
@tashmash29@new2london Hey Tash. Sadly I’m not sure, I think lenders have updated their guidance since I got my mortgage. “Limited” makes me think it would be fine, but I imagine Virgin Money would have the final say. Really hope they approve your mortgage! 🤞🏻🤞🏻
@new2london@katijagger@PhilipWilton1@2591Kate@Zoeio@mhclg @ChrisPincher @team_greenhalgh @helloPeabody Just to update here (as I have done on other Twitter threads), Virgin Money did offer me a mortgage with them and didn’t request an EWS1 form. Surveyors used were Connells.
4 storey flat with no cladding but some decorative wooden panelling on two corners.
"I can't quite believe my ears": Rachael Venables tells James O'Brien of a London block of flats which is so unsafe, it's left the flats completely worthless and the residents stuck.
@mrjamesob | @RachaelVenables
@d_dodger There are only four floors on my block, and no cladding. There is some decorative wooden panelling on two of the corners though, and some balconies with wooden floors. I’m pretty sure that’s why esurv valued it at £0.
Hope your buyers get the mortgage without any problems!
Options for those trapped by EWS1
1. Put your life on hold and wait 10 years for a form
2. Sell at auction for a hugely reduced rate
So you can either loose your freedom and right to start a family or your life savings
Don’t worry @RobertJenrick you can ignore this tweet too
@vjpears @PhilipWilton1@esurv @ConnellsSV Absolutely infuriating! Fingers crossed it gets sorted. Please keep us updated, especially if your buyers do find a decent lender!
@vjpears @PhilipWilton1@esurv @ConnellsSV Also, it might be worth seeing if the buyer can contact the lender and/or surveyor and get them to give specific details as to what their cladding concerns are e.g. where on the building it is, what their policy is on amount of cladding present before they give a £0 valuation etc
@vjpears @PhilipWilton1@esurv @ConnellsSV Yeah, that’s a very tricky situation to be in. Really hope your buyers manage to find a sensible lender soon.
@vjpears @PhilipWilton1@esurv @ConnellsSV Sorry to hear that. Do you know who the lenders were?
I went with Virgin Money (essentially Clydesdale Bank) and had no issues.
