@margaritaevna95 I agree with the vegetable oils increasing inflammation, plenty of research backs this up, but since when are stewed vegetables and beans bad for your health. Would love to see some science backing up these claims.

@margaritaevna95 The way I see it, sacrifice is giving up something that is of value to the "sacrificer" that fulfilled one of his human needs in order to fulfill another human need which is of a higher rank in the "sacrificer's" hierarchy of needs.
Ex: sacrificing food to please God.
