The JTWC has noted that this is a TS-equivalent system & could become a brief C1 (SSHWS) before #Queensland landfall & has also designated it as #07P. #tropicswx #QLDStorm

So it looks like #90P has stumbled & looking extremely disheveled at the moment. This is a large system that has a hard time consolidating due to shear & dry air. Some upwelling has also waned the convective activity as well. While it still poses a threat to #Queensland, it may hit weaker than expected if it doesn't put the work in becoming a tropical cyclone in a timely fashion. It still has a heavy rain threat nevertheless.
