Where is the Oversight? Where is the accountability?
Not sure what to say on the 3 year anniversary of #FINRAfraud but I feel like something needs to be said on this horrendous occasion, even though I've just about said it all over the last 3 years. MMTLP became a life lesson for me. It showed me how corrupt these institutions are, and how much these other agencies dont even care.
For many of us, what happened, changed our lives, it wasnt just the loss of money, it was the loss of marriages, of houses, of friendships, of lives. We saw the system that was suppose to protect us, betray us. For three years now, nothing has been done. Empty words from politicians, when they could have easily issued a subpoena for the information, but they didnt even bother to lift a finger to do it. Obviously we arent important enough, this corruption isnt big enough, or perhaps its to big? Idk, regardless, they failed us.
We now stand on our own, with the "deck" stacked against us, still fighting for our money, still fighting for our rights. Its despicable that no agency, no organization, no one in authority, in the entire 🤬country pursued action to get this resolved. Theres been thousands of complaints to so many different agencies and not a one stepped up to get answers and hold people accountable. Shameful!
My trust in American institutions is gone, completely gone. I never really trusted politicians, so theres no real loss there, but I whole heartedly believed our law enforcement agencies would get involved, and they didnt. They probably didnt even so much as investigate. I will never put my money in the stock market again, Im done with it all. They can all go 🤬 themselves! This is where I make my stand in defiance of a broken system that doesnt give a shit about real Americans. This is where I draw the line! These are the facts. Regulatory fraud persists in financial markets—all of it.
MMTLP is the "tip of the spear" due to regulators' overconfidence that this would go away. Their one mistake: freezing 65K shareholders worldwide with counterfeit shares. The true number eludes us, but regulators created the problem—not the CEOs.
James Angel served as their "support - professional expert witness" (NAICS 541690) to divert attention from MMTLP amid congressional outreach by retail investors, plus issues like crypto and FTX.
This comes from a FOIA revealing all SEC contract details for Angel: solicited 6/9/2021 (payments: $525.5K first, then $223K, $223K, $172.5K), started 7/14/2021, totaling $1.144M paid, with most recouped by 2/24/2025.
With the current system, we developed a real-time reporting platform accessible anywhere. All data can be submitted, aggregated, and analyzed using various resources, including the latest AI—a great tool to inform shareholders and media of our story, public-sourced data, and information, including:

- Letters to SEC & FINRA (with responses)
- Hearings (Senate Banking & Financial Services), interviews with breakdowns using latest visual & AI analysis and confidence levels.
