I get it. Some people, for what is clearly religion-based, believe that a zygote begins the life of full personhood on day one. Some don't believe this.
The struggle over abortion rights is entirely religion-based & violates the separation clause of the #1stAMD.

In their rush to judgment, NFL ownership punished a player's #1stAMD right to unhindered political speech by sanctioning against another right. His taking a knee was clearly an expression of his other 1stAMD guarantee---the right to express his religious beliefs.
