This seems to be the challenge, handling customer complains, especially where there are call centers assistants who are either not sure how to handle a complaint or even how to respond, leaving customers every frustrated. #ICXChat #2018CXGoals https://t.co/pBZZfJAvZP

@ICXKenya Yes - both listen and act. It is one thing to source for customer feedback and another to act on it. If the organisation is not going to act on it, they should not source it in the first place. #2018CXGoals #ICXChat

@WaviMuigai @KiruthuLucy I think Big Data has become a 'buzzword', a 'fad' a 'nice-to-say-we're-doing' kind of thing... Big Data is important no doubt. The one stop/one customer/one access/one central focus is great for #2018CXGoals , however if the basics don't work.. Big data will sadly not cut it :-(
