Pearl: Toxic leukoencephalopathy is an uncommon development from "chasing the dragon," or using heroin heated on foil. While we are used to thinking that the cause is toxins from the foil itself. However, Dr. Watson on a deep dive found no literature supporting this! #2021CSAM
