After a 17 month wait for the govt to process his application, our client has finally been given further leave to remain. Whilst waiting for a decision with no proof of his right to work on #3Cleave, he fell into destitution.
Finally, he can start rebuilding his life.

Today our client told us 2 employers have refused to hire her as she doesn't have a visa document as she's on #3Cleave. @DWP are now threatening to suspend her Universal Credit
