Learnt about Joins in Python.
--Inner joins, left joins, right joins,outer joins, self joins and anti joins.
Lucky to have learnt the theoretical concepts in school but it really interesting actually using it. It was also nice knowing when to use each one.

Well today, I focused on Relative and absolute Referencing. I have already learnt about this, but this was the first time I was seeing it in action even though I worked with it before. I guess a renewed mind makes this possible.

As of now, I learnt how to change the port number using sshd_config from the default- 22, to 2222 and vice versa. I couldn't get it the last time I posted here. The rest that I did and will still do next session will be going through the details...

I couldn't do much today. Seems I got stuck again😢. Learnt different types of IP addresses— public, private and local/localhost. Enabled telnet on my system too and tried checking if it works by typing "telnet" on windows powershell. Fortunately it worked.

So happy to finally finish up the setting up of docker on my windows machine. Realized this evening i needed to enable tenet client on "turn windows features on/off" and the service that wasn't running the last time i tried it ran successfully.

Over the last two days, I've really not done much especially when I haven't had this issue fixed. The ny_taxi database stated that it has successfully started which implies it has been ingested into postgresql but then, the folder won't load its content.
Day 2 of #50daysofData. I couldn't do much as I'd have loved to coz I got stuck at this very point. Today was meant to to be ingesting the ny_taxi database to docker but then pgcli won't continue after entering the password. Hopefully by tomorrow, I'd have gotten it.
Day 1 of #50daysofdata. I stated that I was going to start today so I'd tried setting the pace right from the weekend including installation of the needed applications and configuring them to the required settings.
It was really a wonderful session today and I hope to have more of this vibe till the end.

Day 3: The inner workings of the cursor.execute() method on psycopg2 module. This method uses the cursor.mogrify() function to convert from Python data types to PostgreSQL data types. And yes you guessed right, saves time and avoids SQL injection
