Just found out that `for of` loop is DAMN slow!
Not to mention the `for await ... of`.
Both are about 1-2 seconds slower than just .forEach and co.
Please don't use them!
Tried on Node 12 and 13.10.

Actually... it was strange to me how total downloads are 170M and couldn't believe they are so low. So yea, they aren't so low.
