En 2024, France Travail, la direction académique et le Greta des Hauts-de-Seine créent un nouveau métier :
Accompagnant animateur spécialisé handicap (#AASH).
Cette formation remporte un franc succès, et deux communes des Hauts-de-Seine testent certains des nouveaux impétrants.
Il est d’ores et déjà question de former deux fois plus de candidats en 2027.
L'accompagnant animateur spécialisé handicap (#AASH), un nouveau métier à la croisée de deux champs professionnels : Celui du handicap et de l'animation en milieu scolaire/
[Châtenay-Malabry et Asnières-sur-Seine (Hauts-de-Seine), respectivement 35.820 et 93.940 habitants].
Contrats précaires, temps partiel:
Les métiers d’animateur du périscolaire et d’accompagnant d’enfant en situation de handicap (#AESH) sont en tension.
En 2024, la direction académique des Hauts-de-Seine, @FranceTravail et le @#Greta des Hauts-de-Seine ont donc imaginé former des demandeurs d’emploi aux compétences nécessaires à ces deux champs professionnels.
Cela a permis de leur proposer 2 contrats:
24 heures avec @education_gouv pour accompagner individuellement des enfants en situation de #handicap en classe, et 11 heures avec l’une des deux villes des @HautsDeSeine partenaires, Châtenay-Malabry (700 agents) et Asnières-sur-Seine (1.400 agents) pour être animateur sur le temps de cantine, le mercredi et durant les vacances scolaires.

The initial findings of the AASH study indicate that stunting is not solely a nutritional issue but is also associated with other factors such as epigenetics, gut health, infections, microbiota, food safety, food environment, and maternal mental health.
