Ok, seriously now, @AirCanada. Last week my flight #AC119 was cancelled and I was rebooked very early the next day. Today #AC122 has no working air conditioning and none of the power outlets in my row are working. This is just sad. Time to invest in your fleet. #yvr #yyz

Got to My parents house in Toronto at 3:30am. Now back home in Cobourg. Must say I am a mess today from the delays. But grateful for the safe flight with crew of #Ac122

I feel like the repair of the computer on @AirCanada flight #AC122 is at the point where we turn everything off, wait 30 seconds and turn on. I mean it works for my wifi router, why not a plane?

I wish there were conversations happening around me that I could hear. Like anything juicy. I do have to say that Arthur the steward has been amazing. and I have three seats all to myself. #AC122 #YVR2YYZ

So the crew of #AC122 from @AirCanada just came around to offer us all headsets! Just met Arthur, one of the stewards. Super great and helpful. #YVR2YYZ another 25 minutes till we hit the next milestone. Free food, drink and wifi. :)

They are called: Air Passenger Protection Regulations Highlights #AC122 so one thing is we are to be notified Clear communication is a key thing. Check! The pilot on the @AirCanada has been communicating with us well. Giving us updates quickly and explaining what is going on.

on flight #AC122 we are delayed by 1hr and 25 minutes. However, Canada has this thing called Aviation passenger rights. @AirCanada is a large airline, I am sure they will follow them. #yvr2yyz
