Worst internet service provider. its been three days with no internet and still no response for my ticket..and they have a so-called dummy call center which you can't reach out to..it's very frustrating. Nobody tells what's going on. @HiHyderabad @TOIHyderabad

ATTENTION: ACT Fibernet Team,
This is to bring to your immediate attention that since 11:00 a.m. yesterday, we have been facing a complete internet outage at our premises. A complaint was already raised under Reference No. SR10177026700024, yet shockingly, no action has been taken till now. 👎👎Not a single call or update has been provided by your team, which reflects sheer negligence and disregard towards your customers.
Due to this prolonged disruption, our business operations have come to a complete standstill, causing serious inconvenience and losses. It is highly unacceptable and utterly unprofessional on the part of ACT Fibernet to ignore its fundamental responsibility of ensuring uninterrupted internet connectivity.
We strongly urge the higher management to treat this matter with utmost seriousness and take immediate corrective action to restore our connection without any further delay. Continued ignorance of such issues will leave us with no option but to escalate this matter through appropriate channels.
We expect an urgent resolution at the earliest possible time.
