I am so disappointed and Frustrated by #AirFrance.My sister traveled on 3rd March from Toronto to India via Paris in Business Class flight #AF351 and they lost her luggage and no answer.I tried calling Delhi,France and Toronto and no one has a clue.

People don't like turbulence. Because we care about our passengers, we chose a route avoiding the strongest ones (in green on my last tweet). It is a bit longer (8 minutes), thus costs a bit more (800 €), but we think you're worth it! Thanks to our dispatchers! #AF351
