रत्नागिरी-सिंधुदुर्गात ९ ,५०० कोटींचा ग्रीन स्टील प्रकल्प; ४ हजार रोजगारांची निर्मिती #मुंबई : रत्नागिरी-सिंधुदुर्ग परिसरात ग्रीन स्टील उत्पादनाचा मोठा प्रकल्प उभारण्याच्या दिशेने महत्त्वाची पावले पुढे पडली आहेत. #AIIFA चे संचालक योगेश मंधानी यांनी सुमारे ७,००० कोटी रुपयांच्या गुंतवणुकीच्या प्रस्तावावर चर्चा केली असून, प्रकल्पाच्या दोन्ही टप्प्यांतील एकूण गुंतवणूक सुमारे ९,५०० कोटी रुपये होणार आहे. या प्रकल्पामुळे कोकणातील औद्योगिक विकासाला मोठी चालना मिळण्यासोबतच ३,००० ते ४,००० रोजगार निर्माण होणार आहेत. #ग्रीन_स्टील प्रकल्पासाठी हरित वीज आवश्यक असून, कंपनीने प्रति युनिट ३ रुपये दराने हरित वीज उपलब्ध करून देण्याची विनंती केली आहे. पर्यावरणपूरक उत्पादनाला प्रोत्साहन देणाऱ्या या प्रकल्पाची उभारणी दोन टप्प्यांत करण्यात येणार आहे. पहिल्या टप्प्यात ०.५ MTPA क्षमतेचा प्रकल्प उभारण्यात येणार असून त्यासाठी सुमारे २०० एकर जमीन आवश्यक आहे. या टप्प्यात सुमारे ३,००० ते ४,००० रोजगार निर्माण होतील. त्यानंतर दुसऱ्या टप्प्यात प्रकल्पाची क्षमता १.२ MTPA पर्यंत वाढविण्यात येणार असून, त्यासाठी आणखी सुमारे ३०० एकर जमीन आवश्यक असेल. अशा प्रकारे संपूर्ण प्रकल्पासाठी सुमारे ५०० एकर जमीन लागणार असून, एकूण गुंतवणूक सुमारे ९,५०० कोटी रुपये असेल. प्रकल्पाची तांत्रिक व्यवहार्यता कंपनीकडून प्रमाणित करून आवश्यक तांत्रिक टिपण सादर करण्यात येणार आहे. तसेच प्रकल्पाला पूरक सहाय्यक परिसंस्था निर्माण करण्यासाठी #Circular_Economy_Park विकसित करण्याचा प्रस्ताव सादर करण्याचेही ठरले आहे. प्रकल्पासाठी आवश्यक जमिनीच्या पाहणीसाठी पुढील आठवड्यात जमीन पाहणी करण्यात येणार आहे. त्यानंतर कंपनीकडून DPR (Detailed Project Report) सादर करण्यात येईल आणि त्यानंतर Letter of Intent (LoI) देण्यात येणार आहे. या प्रक्रियेसाठी #MIDC जमीन पाहणीचा समन्वय करणार आहे. कोकणाच्या औद्योगिक विकासाला मोठी चालना या प्रकल्पाबाबत उद्योगमंत्री उदय सामंत म्हणाले, “रत्नागिरी आणि सिंधुदुर्गमध्ये ग्रीन स्टीलसारखा आधुनिक आणि पर्यावरणपूरक प्रकल्प उभा राहणे ही कोकणाच्या औद्योगिक विकासाच्या दृष्टीने अत्यंत महत्त्वाची बाब आहे. मोठ्या गुंतवणुकीसोबतच स्थानिक पातळीवर हजारो रोजगार निर्माण होणार असल्याने त्याचा थेट फायदा कोकणातील तरुणांना आणि स्थानिक अर्थव्यवस्थेला होईल. या प्रकल्पामुळे रत्नागिरी-सिंधुदुर्गसह संपूर्ण कोकणाच्या विकासाला मोठी चालना मिळेल.” “महाराष्ट्रात पर्यावरणपूरक आणि भविष्यातील उद्योगांना प्रोत्साहन देण्यासाठी मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस, उपमुख्यमंत्री एकनाथजी शिंदे आणि उपमुख्यमंत्री सुनेत्रा पवार यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली प्रयत्न सुरू आहेत. कोकणात मोठी गुंतवणूक यावी, स्थानिकांना रोजगाराच्या संधी मिळाव्यात आणि आधुनिक औद्योगिक परिसंस्था विकसित व्हावी, यासाठी शासन सकारात्मक आहे,” असे सामंत यांनी सांगितले. #रत्नागिरी आणि #सिंधुदुर्ग हे उद्योगाभिमुख जिल्हे म्हणून विकसित करण्याचा निर्णय घेण्यात आला असून, अशा मोठ्या गुंतवणुकीसाठी अतिरिक्त प्रोत्साहनांचा विचार करण्यात येणार आहे. ग्रीन स्टील प्रकल्पासोबत Circular Economy आधारित औद्योगिक परिसंस्था विकसित करण्याचा प्रस्ताव असल्याने या प्रकल्पाचा परिणाम केवळ एका उद्योगापुरता मर्यादित राहणार नाही. या प्रकल्पामुळे रत्नागिरी-सिंधुदुर्गसह संपूर्ण कोकणाच्या औद्योगिक विकासाला मोठी चालना मिळेल असा विश्वास उद्योगमंत्री उदय सामंत यांनी व्यक्त केला आहे. @Dev_Fadnavis @mieknathshinde @SunetraA_Pawar #GreenSteel #GreenSteelIndia #Ratnagiri #Sindhudurg #Konkan #GreenIndustry #SteelIndustry #IndustrialDevelopment #KonkanDevelopment #GreenEnergy #UdaySamant
