#CK4 Power of @WHO. 1978, Dr Ober #WHOExpert and I met #AIIPMR Director #DrRamaRao and convinced him for a big investment to make #LightWeight Plastic #Orthosis for the #PolioVictims. Within a month, we established the first #RehabilitationEngineering unit to start a new chapter.
