Here's Reuters a couple of days ago describing Israeli defensive action taken against Palestinian terrorists in Judea & Samaria ("West Bank"):
Thousands of Palestinians have been arrested in military raids, and at least 637 have been killed, according to Palestinian Health Ministry figures. Many of them are armed fighters but others are stone-throwing youths or uninvolved civilians.

Oh, dear! Reuters runs an Appeal to Pity magnum opus, full of Lies and deceptions on behalf of the corrupt, extorting, Jew-hating kleptocracy otherwise known as the Palestinian Authority (PA).
Long-time propagandists for Reuters, Ali Sawafta and Tom Perry, decry the "torn-up roads" in Jenin and salaries not paid to PA bureaucrats due to donor cuts and tax revenues withheld by Israel.
We're not certain of course, but if Palestinian terrorists weren't shooting, stabbing and running over Jews living nearby on a near daily basis and the PA wasn't compensating those terrorists out of cash flowing from donor countries and tax revenues, the Palestinians might, just might, have sufficient funds to repair the roads.
Perhaps Tom Perry can offer his services to the PA as a strategic adviser.

Reuters Palestinian correspondent Ali Sawafta, pens an article about Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich issuing an announcement that the Israeli government will be taking punitive measures against the Palestinian Authority. These, in response to Palestinian violations of the Oslo Accords signed by Israel and the Palestinians in the 1990s.
Sawafta fails to report the particulars of the Palestinian violations but does manage to parrot PLO Executive Committee member Wasel Abu Youssef with lots of one-sided rhetorical propaganda including references to Israel's "war of genocide", "illegal colonies", and "occupation government".
No comment from Sawafta on the PLO's National Charter which calls for the total liberation of Palestine and the destruction of the State of Israel (source: Britannica).
