Father, I come to you on behalf of baby Annelise and her family. We come in this time to ask for your protection over the family and that Your love would cast out all fears, doubts and attempts by Satan to bring us down. We ask that You make Your presence known to all who are watching these events unfold, so that the world may know you are God. UPDATE ON OUR GRANDDAUGHTER ANNELISE! I want to thank you all for your many prayers and concerns of love that have gone up for Annelise. The updates come slow in terms of strict medical data. But the number one question I receive daily, is how can we pray? Here’s how I pray for our granddaughter every day and her parents Johnston and Joy! They have two other wonderful children that I would ask for you to lift up before the Lord as well. Here are three ways that you can pray in this situation:: 1. God, only You could bring her back from the condition she is in. If it be Your will… please fully restore her physical health to your glory alone! 2. God, please permit other doctors or medical procedures that could help her be made available and to remove the roadblocks prohibiting that from occurring. If it be Your will to provide proven, effective procedures that could restore her physical health! And, 3. God, if You sovereignly choose not to heal her body or make available other medical resources, doctors and hospitals … then give Johnston as the head of his family the grace-filled strength and faithful love to give Annelise into Your hands and say as a family their heartfelt goodbye to their precious daughter knowing she would be with You! A Heartfelt Prayer for Annelise Heavenly Father, Merciful and compassionate God, We come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up precious little Annelise Camp. You are the Author of life, the One who formed her in her mother’s womb and breathed life into her tiny body. On that difficult Memorial Day, when waters threatened to take her, You sustained her. Even now, as her young brain fights swelling and uncertainty, we ask You to intervene with Your healing power. Lord, touch Annelise’s body. Calm the swelling in her brain. Restore every damaged pathway, awaken every dormant function, and bring complete healing in ways that medicine cannot explain. Give her lungs strength to breathe on their own, her heart to beat steadily, and her eyes to open again to her loving family. We pray for the miracle her parents and community are desperately seeking. Surround her with Your peace that surpasses understanding. Comfort her in ways only You can. Strengthen her parents, grandparents, and entire family as they stand guard at her bedside—give them wisdom for every decision, courage to keep advocating, and unshakeable hope even when the road feels long and dark. Bless the medical teams caring for her. Soften hearts where needed and open doors for every possible treatment, including the right-to-try options they are fighting for. Let justice and compassion prevail over haste. Lord, You are the God of miracles. You raised the dead, healed the sick, and turned impossible situations into testimonies of Your glory. We ask that You do the same here—for Annelise’s life to declare Your goodness. May her story bring hope to countless others and draw many closer to You. We place Annelise completely in Your hands, trusting that You love her even more than her family does. Hold her close tonight and every night. In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
