The intellectual depth & breadth of knowledge underlying so many of the reflections was a joy. Why does every programme involving thought have to go? I’m dreading some fiend axing In Our Time.
Very sad to be losing #APointOfView from @BBCRadio4 on Sunday mornings. This topical comment/essay offered a secular reflection that so aptly followed R4’s broadcast Sunday worship. Not to mention its almost sacred status given its longevity. What would Alistair Cooke have said?
