Alright without further ado here is my main thesis on on AST Spacemobile and why I think this could be a generational opportunity:
1. Absolutely massive market opportunity (TAM) and the largest space application market by far.
2. Brilliant whole sale business model involving signed agreements and understandings with 45+ mobile network operators with 3+ billion existing subscribers!
3. A significant technological advantage (involving 3350+ patents and patent-pending claims) in the Direct 2 device (D2D) market compared to Starlink.
4. Revenue generation is frictionless (fixed the distribution channel for space applications (read Chad Anderson's book named The Space Economy to know how important this is)
5. Untapped government and defense tech opportunity involving first responders, NATO, DOD, Space Force etc.
6. Opportunity to sell Large phased array antenna technology into the defense primes and new space companies like Rocket Lab.
7. Founder operator with significant experience in the satellite communication industry and somehow very influential connections in the (US) telco industry who started from humble beginnings as a Venezuelan immigrant in his first job installing (tv) satellites in Africa working his way to the top. Absolute baller, like Peter Beck for both men nothing was given, everything was earned through hard work!

So Tim, if this is such an amazing company why is it trading around the 5 billion market. That's because I said before there is still some financial, technology and regulatory risk involved. Expect increases in share price when uncertainties become certainties. I included an overview from @thekookreport in the last post of this thread for your convenience.

That being said once the 1st land based terminal is interconnected to any MNO and tested proven good on multiple 🛰 passes, all the other ground terminals should be good to go with only tweak’s to software accounting for any MNO Individual software Data protocol differences, if there are differences this may also be solved on the MNO side and not the ground terminal side. Having so many MOU from so many MNO speaks or says that they all think the interface to their own MNO will work just fine 😎✌️ $ASTS
