It's with mixed emotions that we bid farewell to #AthCon for 2023.
We had such a great weekend. Played so many incredible games and listened to inspiring talks.
But most importantly, we got to meet so many amazing people from across the gaming community.
Day1 drawing to a close, now times for a shandy or two with these amazing folks.

This is what over 110 people gaming at once sounds like!!

Session 1 is live!!

And what's more is that the guts of this book; how the Imperium was presented, along with nailing down final versions of the core ruleset, were dreamt up and put down on paper in the @Loughreahotel1.
The very location for this year's #AthCon
It was clearly meant to be!!
Poor Cillian, his BAFTA and likely Oscars wins seem hollow to him now as he left it too late to sign up to that
one game that he really, really, really wanted to play at #AthCon this weekend and now it's fully booked.
Next time is first time at #AthCon GMer Ellen as she takes the party off to the Astral Plane in her 6th Level 5e Spelljammer adventure.
You do be jammin, exactly like Bob below, but in space, and with swords, and orcs, and magic, and other stuff.
But otherwise exactly like Bob!
#AthCon is coming....
So if you wake up Sunday morning and feel like you to try something quite different then grab a chair and listen up!
Long time friend of #AthCon GM Dylan is running a fun session of The House Doesn't Always Win.
Leo's just remembered that #AthCon is this weekend and he hasn't got his ticket yet!

Next up is a new game system to #AthCon where GM Mike helps us walk the plank with the Crimson Cutlass rpg!
This game uses a deck of Tarot cards as a tool for random event generators so no two games are the same. It's creative and fun and best of all.... you get to be a pirate!!
Few GMs new to #AthCon games to preview, first up is GM Cormac and his gothic horror themed 5th level 5e adventure; Macabre Horror at the Stone Quarry
This game is a little bit too spooky for the younger audience so is 18s and over.
We've squashed in 78 gaming tables with 32 different game systems represented over the 2 days of #AthCon
Maybe room for one or two more?
😬🤪
We'll have hundreds of people thru the doors at #AthCon over the two days and it's probably fair to say that the vast majority of them are into this great hobby of ours due to the work of our very special guest Lawrence Schick.
Not content with 9 hours spent helping us out at the game desk friend of #AthCon Padraig D will break out his fangs on the Saturday evening slot to run his Vampire The Masquerade game Murder On The Dance Floor!
Throw on your cape and strap on your dancing shoes!
