Being a @ATT customer for the past 17 years. I upgraded my phones this May with a BOGO offer, after 6 months, 6 calls with management and plenty of empty promises, I’m here to say that my credits for BOGO have yet to be credited. @ATTCares should be labeled #ATTDoesntCare
