If you're having trouble with @Fidelity #ATP #ActiveTraderPro, it seems there's some problems logging in, where you get stuck on the load screen after submitting credentials.
I was told by a representative that several people are having this problem and that multiple system reboots (not application restarts) has seemed to fix the problem.
I did a few restarts and this seems to be a valid workaround as I'm now logged in, but it seems more like it has to do with the authentication and authorization systems internally to Fidelity (particularly in a route that deals specifically with ATP), but it's hard to say for sure since I don't have access to their internal systems and logging to help troubleshoot/deep dive the problem.
Too bad they don't have me working for them.

You know, @Fidelity , the whole point of having a native app is to have it operate without the latency that websites have. If #activetraderpro is going to waste my time doing this, then what is the point?

@Fidelity This is great but the #Fidelity mobile app really needs some work. Why can’t we stream pre/post market stock prices? The charting capabilities (technical analysis) is also terrible. Where is the mobile #ActiveTraderPro app? See the @MarketSmith app for inspiration.
