I raised this issue with Agoda customer support via email, but they have denied any meaningful help or resolution, despite this being a clear case of service denial and failure to honor a prepaid confirmed booking. #Agoda #AgodaHelp #CustomerExperience #TravelSafety (n/n)

@agoda My hotel is refusing to accept my online booking, saying they ‘didn’t confirm’ it—even though I already paid in full. Please resolve this urgently. Booking issues shouldn’t happen after payment! #AgodaHelp #CustomerSupport
