However, @Andela_Kigali kept on following up on her progress and gave her a second chance at boot camp.
This time she realised that it wasn't about where she was but where she wanted to be.

She didnβt make it to @Andela_Kigali the first time, she felt she wasn't good enough for Andela.
She however kept working on the feedback she was given, she still wanted to be a software engineer though at this point she wasn't sure it would be at Andela.

She, together with her team at @Andela_Kigali's bootcamp, had to develop an application and this introduced her to different technologies and different conventions that were unfamiliar to her at the moment.

She started looking for opportunities in software development and stumbled upon @Andela_Kigali
She was intrigued by the application process at Andela as she was able to test herself and even gauge her skill proficiency in software engineering.
