It's a really nice day out. A mile and a half of walking so far. 5/6 while and immediately after walking or standing for a while. Pretty much a 2/3 the rest of the time.

Jan 15th - 207lbs. Veeeeery fatigued today, but I stopped processed sugars about two days ago, so that might be the withdrawals. Napped a good chunk of my afternoon away. Pain increases during walks, but wanes quicker after resting for a few minutes.

Probably walked close to 2 miles today. My back has been -very- angry. Lots of napping. 5/6 on the pain scale. I had to use my cane for the 1st time.
Currently stretching out post-walk, reassuring myself that it will get better.
