@MaydayTrust @SocialChangeAg @patmcardle51 Having conversations & encouraging someone's own identity away from sector and services, when it is what they have been instituonalised in, then buried/hidden within themselves as a result. Is one of the biggest barriers a person and us as #pts #Assetcoach's face #systemchange

Ever been late for work because you overslept or got stuck in traffic? Or had to change plans last minute when something comes up? Me too. It happens. @maydaytrust there's no marks against someone if they're not able to make a meeting. #PTS #assetcoach

As an #assetcoach I love the opportunity to be able to inspire an individual's belief in themselves, life and their future. More often than not though, it is me that is inspired by that them #pts #expectingthebest rather than fearing the worst #privileged

@lynn_mumford And the end result/outcome for the individual is better! It's funny as within the system there are countless referrals & waiting lists for CBT, just not this kind of CBT :) The key is away from services, pathway cycles and systems #realworld #privileged #assetcoach
