@DTDCIndia @SOUMICA A regular thing with DTDC Cuttack. They don't do the last mile delivery & will give all sorts of vague updates like address not found,customer not available,shipment redirected etc.They torment the customers & force them to pickup the parcels from DTDC office #pathetic #AvoidDTDC

#avoidDTDC The box service rates of FedEx are very cheap and reasonable. Just Rs 450 for a parcel upto 10 kg & additional Rs 45/kg upto 13 kg and Rs 750 for a parcel weight >=14 kg <=25 kg & additional Rs 45/kg upto 28 kg. These rates are for pan India. Cheap and best service.
@abhishek_chuck @SubhasishDTDC This is getting messier now. Your ground staff is incapable to direct the shipment to right destination. They promised that package will reach by 24-May. But the pckg movmnt doesn't look to be in line. Can you please escalate?

What a shameless service ! Inspite of alterting package sent back to Chennai without attempting at delivery location. Wonder how your services work. You guys should shut your services in Hyderabad. Inefficient everytime. @DTDCIndia
