#MIGOP @MIGOP Chair @RunWithRunestad endorses #AxMiTax, which would eliminate local property tax revenue for counties, municipalities and schools and replace it with state revenue - SLASHING LOCAL GOVERNMENT REVENUE BY 80%.
This is nothing less than an effort to bankrupt and enslave local governments to the state and strip voters of local control.
Sheriffs and local police will be replaced with state polices and FBI. Fire departments will be bankrupted. Local courts will be forced to release criminals to the streets. Prosecutors will be hopelessly overbooked. Local services for seniors, veterans, disabled, and animals will be eliminated. Drains will clog and flood people’s homes.
The savings in property taxes will be nothing compared to the loss in quality of life and increase in homeowners insurance premiums.
That people who complain about stolen elections also support this effort to strip voters off their power to hold government accountable is a remarkable case study in the effectiveness of the Intelligence Community’s MK Ultra MindWar tactics.
Property tax is not the most evil of taxes. Stop buying into the mind control meme that “you can’t really own your home.”

I find it amazing how stalwart every liberal in my life is to taking the liberal position and never wavering.
Republicans come up with a winning strategy, #AXMITAX, which would eliminate property taxes in Michigan and put thousands of dollars back in the pockets of Michiganders.
And my liberal peeps immediately reject the idea, citing "but muh schools" and "but muh roads".
I keep chasing this dragon of getting a liberal to agree to a logical solution of any sort. I think it's time that @MIGOP limits its marketing to just young men because trying to convince liberal women of anything is simply a waste of time, money, and effort.
