Interesting findings from #BioPER of palbo/ET rechallenge in pts deriving benefit from prior palbo. Despite patient selection, CBR was 34%, ORR 6%, PFS 2.6 mo. Of note, 37% of these tumors were HER2-E (effect of prior CDK?), with reduced clinical benefit. https://t.co/ULG2p0djbp
