BORAlearn - Parent Module Parents Can Monitor Their Children's Learning Progress Without Participating in Learning Activities. As we progressively build #BORAlearn towards our vision, we're focusing on four important participants in the education journey: Learner | Parent | Teacher | School Today, my friends, I'd like to give you a glimpse of what we're introducing for parents. 😊 We believe a parent's responsibility goes beyond paying school fees and providing scholastic materials. Being able to follow a child's learning journey, understand their progress and identify areas where they need additional support is equally important. And that's why we're introducing the BORAlearn Parent Dashboard. With a parent account, you can: ✅ Connect with your child: Use their BORAlearn email or Learner ID to send a connection request. The learner must approve the request before you can access their progress. ✅ Monitor learning performance: View learning streaks, average performance, enrolled subjects and subscription status. ✅ Access learning reports: Follow your child's dashboard, learning activities, overall progress and subject-level performance. ✅ Manage subscriptions and billing: Review subscription plans, payment options and invoice history. ✅ Manage notifications: Customise notification preferences for all your connected children or individually. But here's an important distinction. A parent can monitor and support a learner's progress, but cannot participate in learning activities on the learner's behalf. We want parents to understand how their children are progressing without taking away the learner's responsibility to practise, think and learn independently. After all, the goal isn't simply to know whether a child got an answer right or wrong. It's also to understand where they're improving, where they're struggling and where a little encouragement or additional support could make a difference. And we're not stopping there! 😊 As we continue developing the Teacher experience, we're planning to introduce Parent–Teacher Connections. The idea is to help parents find suitable teachers within the BORAlearn ecosystem for particular subjects and topics where their children may need additional support. We're building BORAlearn step by step, listening, learning and improving along the way. Our vision remains to create a learning environment where learners, parents, teachers and schools can each play their part in supporting better educational outcomes. #BORApos serves retailers and hospitality businesses. #BORApharma serves pharmacies. #BORAinvoice supports invoicing. #BORAlearn focuses on education. Different customers. Different problems. But one #BORAsuite ecosystem (https://t.co/lSJ4ncdaVH). We're refreshing our logos to make that relationship clearer. Do you prefer one recognisable brand across multiple products or separate identities for each?

What if learning didn't have to stop when the classroom closes? With #BORAlearn, learners can practise questions, test their understanding and monitor their progress. Which subject would you like to improve today? Explore: https://t.co/Y9LvNIZ7i7

BORAlearn Is Now Online. And This Is Only the Beginning. Today is one of those Fridays when I'm simply excited. 😄 The team at @lwegatech has finally brought #BORAlearn out from behind the curtains and onto the internet. https://t.co/Ahx56rjN5O We now have something people can actually visit, use, question, challenge and hopefully help us make better. And as I always say - Sometimes you simply have to make a move. Today, we've made ours. BORAlearn is another product we're growing within the #BORAsuite ecosystem, focused on learning and practice for students, while eventually bringing parents, teachers and schools closer to that learning journey. Our thinking behind it is quite simple. We don't want a learner to only know the WHAT. We want to gradually encourage them to explore: WHY? WHEN? WHERE? HOW? Because learning becomes more interesting when the answer creates another question. For parents, our bigger vision is also to make learning progress easier to understand. Not simply: “Your child scored 62%.” But eventually: Where are they doing well? Where are they struggling? Which subjects or topics need more attention? And how can the parent and teacher use that information to help the learner improve? Now let me be very clear about something. 😂 Everything I've described above isn't fully inside BORAlearn today. Some of it is. Some of it we're building. Some of it will probably change completely once real users start telling us what they actually need. And I'm perfectly comfortable with that. Because today isn't about saying: “We have finished BORAlearn.” It's about saying: “BORAlearn has started its journey.” We have started with what we have. Now we learn. We listen. We improve. We build. And hopefully, over time, we grow it into something genuinely valuable to the learning community. So today's #FridayBuildsWithLJB excitement is simply this: We are online. 🚀 Have a look at BORAlearn, play around with it and, as always, I count on your feedback to help us make it better. lwegaba's tweet photo. BORAlearn Is Now Online. And This Is Only the Beginning.

Today is one of those Fridays when I'm simply excited. 😄

The team at @lwegatech has finally brought #BORAlearn out from behind the curtains and onto the internet.

We now have something people can actually visit, use, question, challenge and hopefully help us make better.

We want to gradually encourage them to explore:
WHY?

WHEN?

WHERE?

HOW?

Because learning becomes more interesting when the answer creates another question.

For parents, our bigger vision is also to make learning progress easier to understand.

Not simply:
“Your child scored 62%.”

But eventually:

Where are they doing well?

Where are they struggling?

Which subjects or topics need more attention?

And how can the parent and teacher use that information to help the learner improve?

Now let me be very clear about something. 😂

Everything I've described above isn't fully inside BORAlearn today.

Some of it is.

Some of it we're building.

Some of it will probably change completely once real users start telling us what they actually need.

And I'm perfectly comfortable with that.

Because today isn't about saying:
“We have finished BORAlearn.”

It's about saying:
“BORAlearn has started its journey.”

We have started with what we have.

Now we learn.

We listen.

We improve.

We build.

And hopefully, over time, we grow it into something genuinely valuable to the learning community.

So today's #FridayBuildsWithLJB excitement is simply this:

We are online. 🚀

Have a look at BORAlearn, play around with it and, as always, I count on your feedback to help us make it better.

Happy Friday, friends.
