I am disgusted with @bt_uk as my mother has been without internet for a week and they are just messing her about. Literally shocked with there service. My mother is a elderly lady that lives alone in CO16 area. Can everyone please share this. #btwrostever #btfail

@bt_uk How about having the courtesy to update your paying customers as to the reason why your mail server is so slooooooooooow today? Bad enough that your post-Yahoo email interface is so late-90s. Can't run a business online like this in 2021! #BTMail #BTFail #Slow

@bt_uk OMG epic failure on your part. I can forgive landline/broadband connection delays even at 2 months, not fun when home schooling and working from home - but charging me for a calling plan when I have no line?? I’m good but I’m not a magician! #BTfail #fedup

@bt_uk Day 16 of no broadband. To make matters even worse - after upgrading my package to fix the issue, 2 @WeAreOpenreach engineers fit my “full fibre” guess what? That doesn’t work either!! @OpenreachHelp #btfail

@bt_uk I have had to call BT again - guess what? Your advisor was trying to call me on the landline that has not been working for 10 days (the reason for the complaint in the first palace). You can't make this up???? #btfail

Sadly looking at my BT bills And discovered that @bt_uk have been charging me 20p a minute for calling an 0208 number from my landline It is free from my BT mobile! No wonder no one uses landline No wonder people look to switch from BT As I will be... #switch #BTFail #bt
