#buidlinpublic — Day 3
today i don't want to share much about what we're building but send my congratulations to the launch of @SuperteamBlack and all the founders joining the founding cohort. genuinely excited to be building alongside you all.
i've been watching @superteam since the last crypto's bear market. back when it was just a signal in the noise, they're a group of people quietly building the most serious builder community on Solana. the quality of founders that came out isn't an accident and it's what happens when you put serious people in the same room and give them the right support.
Superteam Black is the new move focusing on the high-signal founders specifically. i believe that @SaigonButcher and @shek_dev, who brought Superteam Black to life, will create big value for the Solana builders joining the program. they're the people who care about getting it right, not just making it look right.
lastly, being part of the founding cohort means a lot to @sagapad_icm. joining Superteam Black coincides with something we've been building quietly. SagaPad is launching a new stuff very soon.
Hello from Superteam Black
A founder success program from @superteam
We help unlock the resources, capital, and distribution founders need to scale beyond their local ecosystem.
#buidlinpublic - Day 2
today we're working on the distribution layer of agent skills on @solana.
skills for Solana agents already exist on github repos and are being featured on aggregators.
i'll give you here the best 2 on Solana i'm using quite frequently: https://t.co/PvP63ncdz3, which is the one on Solana website and https://t.co/Lw2KWdhpkx maintained by @sendaifun.
here's the problem i'm seeing: existing and usable are different things.
the way users actually seek for skills is not "let me browse a list" but "i have a problem. my agent can't do X. what skill fixes that?" that's a usecase-first mindset. and most current aggregators aren't built around it.
raw aggregation isn't enough. a list of 200 skills is noise. classification is what turns a dump of links into a marketplace.
you might think it matters more for human users than for agents, which will just query programmatically from the APIs, but humans are still the ones deciding which skills to equip. so, classification is the UX layer that makes the whole thing accessible.
2nd problem is the trust layer.
a lot of the best skills aren't from official Solana projects. they're from community members. individual devs. weekend builders.
that's actually the strength of ecosystem but it's also a liability if there's no safety layer. right now, equipping a community-built skill requires trusting a stranger's code with your agent's wallet. so, in that case, a security audit layer to the marketplace will be needed.
this is the model Chrome Web Store built. what they built was the layer on top: aggregate, classify based on specific usecases, and make it safe enough to trust.
i think that's what's missing on Solana for agent skills. and that's what @sagapad_icm is building towards.
more tomorrow.

#buidlinpublic — Day 1
this morning i went deep on understanding the agentic economy and what's really the true atom of it.
i went through agents that are live on Solana (ones with a wallet and an onchain identity) right now and kept asking: what actually differentiate them?
it led me to one word: skill.
a skill is the smallest unit of useful, reusable intelligence. everything an agent can do is made of skills.
what i think most people are underestimating is skills are about to matter more than the agents themselves in the agentic economy.
why?
a great skill can power hundreds of agents. a great agent without skills powers nothing.
and the new distribution model of tech product
the old way to distribute a tech product: backend → frontend → users interact via UIs
the new way: backend → markdown file → agents invoke via lines of commands. so products can be wrapped in skill.md file guiding agents what to do and distributed via CLIs.
the distribution layer changed. the consumer changed.
we're building SagaPad Phase 2 around this atom, the skill. not because it's a clever product bet but it's where the agentic economy actually starts.
more tomorrow.

AI Agents, Skills & the Shift to an Agentic Economy - AMA Recap by SagaPad
Last week, @sagapad_icm , in collaboration with @solana_stream, hosted an AMA exploring a critical question: The Market Shifts, Why People Are Turning to Agentic Al?
Before diving into the discussion, we’d like to thank all the speakers who joined and shared their perspectives:
• @shek_dev, @4manjz, Beka @SeekerClaw, @mango_, @0xhashsaga
Let’s take a closer look at some of the key insights that emerged from the conversation.

SagaPad is entering a new chapter.
A new way to discover potential.
A new way to route capital.
A new way to back what’s most likely to win.
AI agents are no longer just chatbots but real living entities.
Phase 2⃣ is coming.
Week2: Interviewed freelancers about payment problems. Got feedback that's changing everything - including the product name. Now actively looking for a technical co-founder to build this right. Patience > rushing. #BuidlInPublic #Web3 #Tech

🚀 Day 18 of building SnipRepo
– Added PostHog analytics
– Created custom events
– Fixed a nasty bug with updating tags 😅
I’m launching the MVP of SnipRepo tomorrow…
Not gonna lie — I’m scared and nervous, but also excited.

I made multiple versions today of the dashboard, what do you think is the best?

KEEPING THE TRADITION ALIVE! 🥳
Now I think I've developed a 6th sense to open @supabase at these repeating numbers for @postnitroai.
It took 5 months, with so many incredible things happening in between...
Onwards to 44,444! 💪
#buidlinpublic #indiehackers #SaaS

I'VE WAITED IMPATIENTLY FOR THIS DAY!
I kept refreshing the user count in @supabase today, waiting for it to reach 22222, and now we have it for @postnitroai after almost six months! 😅
The new goal is to get to 33333 in 3 months 😎
