@ohanad22 @kayleebus302 @Professor_Hoang I find this interesting too! Italians work, on average, a little under 36 hours a week. Their work week is Monday-Friday 8/9am to 1pm with a two hour lunch break and then resume work 3pm to 6/7pm! #BUS302

As far as food is concerned in the business setting, Italians often will conduct business in a dinner setting with a glass of wine and good food. This dining experience allows the business relationship to progress while indulging over a good meal. @Professor_Hoang #BUS302

Time in Brazil is flexible and relaxed, with many living life at a slower pace. This results in negotiations taking longer. Also, it isn’t common to have precise plans or strict agendas, so meetings are often delayed/cancelled without warning. #BUS302 @Professor_Hoang

In communicating with and addressing someone in Guatemala, titles are very important(especially along the elderly). They often address others by title only such as their occupation by calling them Doctor, Ingeniero (engineer), or Abogado (lawyer). #BUS302 @Professor_Hoang

The Philippines is a predominantly Catholic country and there are many holidays where people are with their loved ones in prayer at churches or graves. Because of this avoid meetings during times around Easter and Christmas, and on All Souls’ day. @Professor_Hoang #BUS302
