@bflores @raymondhendrix @ekahau @NetAlly Same experience here. Luckily we got in contact with a regional manager who still valued customers. #backingraymond. Iโm seriously going to evaluate other tools.
Even after a response was issued, Iโm still #BackingRaymond. I donโt need justification from the company. What I read was a pathetic attempt to shed responsibility for their actions & place blame directly on an individual who has contributed greatly to the community.
