What does it mean to not have prior auth? Drs/clinics: A high chance of claim denial, aka a risk of a lot more work and time to get paid for your services Patients: The treatment or medication probs won't be covered, or you may need to pay more out of pocket 2/2 #badinsurance

@CSATP it is sad that you won't reimburse for a travel cancellation when the trip is cancelled to avoid a blizzard that shut down Minneapolis. Being able to travel to a location doesn't mean travelling is the safest or the wisest choice. #badinsurance #penalizeforbeingsafe.

I hate that @premera insurance is a joke, I pay over $1300 a month for my family policy and they won’t cover any of my long term doctors or specialists. They won’t even accept my doctor of 10 years as my primary care physician so I pay full price. #Rant #BadInsurance
