Banfield veterinary is a total scam. They don't live up to the plan promise, staff turnover is crazy, appointments are impossible to get. So angry that once again, at least 6th time, they've can't handle a simple ear infection. #TellingTheWorld #BanfieldSucks @Banfield

@Banfield You want to know what is really awesome about your wellness plan? You remind me every month for months that I had to put my dog down by keep charging me for the plan. #banfieldSucks

#BanfieldSucks ...2 weeks ago, my pet was seen for urgent care, but was denied necessary diagnostic tests and treatment to save his life.
