Banfield Pet Hospital failed to provide my pet diagnostic testing and treatment, and then tried to cancel my Wellness Plan to cover up veterinary malpractice.

[Kitty @KittyTruth]

#DontTrustBanfield The company would not end my contract after leaving my pet to die, and then threatened to send me to collections for $70.

[Kitty @KittyTruth]

#Banfield The company does not acknowledge complaints with resolutions. Instead, the staff stalls to ride out the statute of limitations.

[Kitty @KittyTruth]

#StayAwayFromBanfield if you love your pet. The compsny uses its facilities to experiment options for animals without proper diagnosis.

[Kitty @KittyTruth]

Banfield thinks that terminating my wellness plan & not having me pay the $75 to do so will make the situation fine for me. WTH

[Kitty @KittyTruth]

Banfield offers to end wellness plan w/o owing the last $75 for the remaining 3 months of my contract to resolve sending my pet away to die.

[Kitty @KittyTruth]

@Banfield Is it standard for a wellness plan pet to be visually diagnose w/anemia & jaundice, yet get no offer for treatment or diagnostics?

[Kitty @KittyTruth]

My pet was visibly diagnosed with anemia and jaundice, but no treatment plan or diagnostic testing occurred or was offered. Why?

[Kitty @KittyTruth]

@Banfield I did DM. No one has responded. It's like Banfield wants to ignore what happened, so I will go away. My pet is still struggling.

[Kitty @KittyTruth]

@Banfield I already filed a complaint, & was given the run around. Ask Angela Cook. The clinic sent my pet away to die! #BanfieldSucks

[Kitty @KittyTruth]

@Banfield clinic failed to provide my pet urgent care, diagnostic testing and treatment at a visit, & tried to cancel my plan afterwards.

again, disappointed with @Banfield #sigh

[Melissa Ferrell @Gingersnap985]

@birdonthestreet @Banfield 2nd time they've been too busy to see my sick dog and passed the buck to an emergency vet that'll cost a fortune.

[Melissa Ferrell @Gingersnap985]

I'm done with @Banfield. Why pay for a service that they are never actually able or willing to provide?

[AP West Coast @aye_ashhh]

@Banfield who can i contact to file a complaint about a procedure?

[Ashley M @AdventurelandA]

My advice to everyone is to avoid @Banfield pet hospital in #petsmart it is a complete and total scam with inflated prices!! #banfield #scam

[Christine Sawicky @sawicky]

@Banfield can someone please contact me at the corporate office. Terrible company and terrible integrity.

[Kitty @KittyTruth]

"They can't do it alone"...Banfield overbooks appointments and has less than competent veterinarians on staff, so pet's are doing it alone.

[Kitty @KittyTruth]

@Banfield Hospital failed to provide urgent care to my pet via testing and treatment, then tried to cancel my wellness plan. #BanfieldSucks

[Kitty @KittyTruth]

#BanfieldSucks ...2 weeks ago, my pet was seen for urgent care, but was denied necessary diagnostic tests and treatment to save his life.

[Kitty @KittyTruth]

Banfield Pet Hospital does not care about animals only profits. #TheTruthAboutBanfield
